  • Who processes my credit card?

  • How much will my card be charged?
    The amount next to "Amount of Deposit" is the only charge that will be made. If you are within 70 days of the sailing date you will be required to make a full payment of the amount due.
  • What about the amount under Final Payment Due?
    This amount must be paid on or before the due date that appears right after the dollar amount. Your card is not automatically charged. You must email us at CustService@royalcruisesonline.com or call us at 1-800-431-2999 and tell us to process the card. We will call or send you a reminder if the amount is not paid by the due date.
  • How do I know if my cruise has been booked?
    Immediately after completing a confirmation receipt will appear on your screen. Click here to see a sample document.  Also you will receive an email immediately after completing the booking. The email will detail your complete transaction of all charges, payments, cruise date, ship, itinerary, names of passengers, ect along with a booking confirmation number, our email address and telephone number.
    You will
    also receive a call from us and we will review your cruise purchase to be sure that you ordered everything correctly.
     
  • Do I have to make a deposit in order to hold a stateroom?
    Yes, if you are booking online. However, you can cancel at any time before the Final Payment Date and get all your money refunded. Check the Cancellation Policy for details.
  • Are port charges included in the price?
    Yes, however, taxes will not be included until you see the final screen just before you enter your payment information.
  • What happens if I book my cruise early and later on the price goes down because of special rates for seniors (55 or older), or a resident rate for my state becomes available?
  • You are guaranteed to receive the lower rate, even if you have already paid for your cruise in full.  We will refund the difference to your credit card. This is an automatic service that we use so our customers are not penalized for booking early.
  • Are their any extra fees or surcharges like charging to ship the documents?
  • No. We have no hidden charges and we ship the documents to you free of charge.
  • What about trip interruption insurance. Is this included in the final price?
    Yes, trip insurance is included unless you uncheck the box indicating that you do not want to purchase the insurance.
  • What about Shore Excursions? Can we book these online?
    Yes, just click on the Shore Excursions Link at the top of the page.
  • Can we use our Crown & Anchor discount coupons and still receive the web price for the cruise?
    Yes. Send in your coupon and we will credit you the face amount of the coupon. Send your coupons to RCC Online Cruise Service, 2106 Drew Street, Department 102, Clearwater, FL 33765.
  • If we book our cruise online can we still call and ask questions or do we have to use the email?
    You can call us and we will be glad to answer your questions. However, many times we experience heavy call volumes. Instead of placing you in a cue and holding you on the line for 10 minutes plus we ask you to please leave us a message and we will call you back, usually within an hour. Just give us your name and number and a brief description of your questions.
  • What if I want to make changes later on?
    On or before the Final Payment Date you can make most changes without penalty, however, if you are changing the name or names of the guests one person name in the stateroom must remain unchanged. Name changes can be made anytime except winin 48 hours of the cruise date.  Upgrades can also be made anytime before the 48 hours limit if available. If you are not within the Cancellation Period you can change you sail date and all the funds that you have paid can be transferred to the new cruise.
